血液透析治疗肾病综合征出血热急性肾衰竭的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析治疗肾病综合征出血热急性肾衰竭效果。方法将80例肾病综合征出血热急性肾衰竭患者分为两组,对比组(40例)患者采用常规治疗法进行治疗,研究组(40例)患者进行血液透析治疗。对80例患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果治疗后,两组K^(+)、HCO_(3)^(-)、BUN和Cr四项指标都优于治疗前,且研究组上述指标都优于对比组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血常规指标比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组Hb、Hct、PLT指标都优于治疗前,且研究组优于对比组(P<0.05)。随访6个月后,研究组患者生存率(95.00%)高于对比组(80.00%),12个月后,研究组患者生存率(85.00%)高于对比组(65.00%)(P<0.05)。结论对肾病综合征出血热急性肾衰竭患者进行血液透析治疗,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis in the treatment of acute renal failure with hemorrhagic fever with nephrotic syndrome.Methods Eighty patients with acute renal failure with hemorrhagic fever with nephrotic syndrome were divided into two groups:the control group(40 cases)was treated with conventional therapy,and the research group(40 cases)was treated with hemodialysis.The therapeutic effects of 80 patients were compared.Results After treatment,the indexes of K^(+),HCO_(3)^(-),BUN and Cr in both groups were better than those before treatment,and the indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood routine indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Hb,Hct and PLT of the two groups were better than before,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the survival rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and after 12 months,the survival rate of the study group(85.00%)was higher than that of the control group(65.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis is effective in patients with acute renal failure caused by hemorrhagic fever with nephrotic syndrome.
