血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白在急性胆管炎早期诊断和病情监测中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)在急性胆管炎早期诊断和病情监测中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4年入住我院并接受治疗的40例急性胆管炎患者和40例同时间段接受治疗的非急性胆管炎患者,分别设为观察组和对照组,其中观察组患者中22例重度、18例为轻度。对两组患者开展血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白测定工作,均采用免疫比浊法。对比治疗前两组PCT和CRP水平、观察组病情不同严重程度患者的PCT和CRP水平以及治疗前后急性胆管炎患者PCT和CRP水平。结果治疗前,观察组PCT和CRP水平情况明显提高,且均高于对照组(P<0.05)。轻度患者的PCT和CRP水平明显低于重度患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的PCT和CRP水平情况逐渐下降,且明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论在急性胆管炎患者中,采用免疫比浊法对PCT和CRP进行测定,有助于对疾病进行早期诊断和监测,利于促进患者病情的恢复。Objective To investigate the application value of serum procalcitonin and c-reactive protein in the early diagnosis and monitoring of acute cholangitis.Methods The study targets were 40 patients with acute cholangitis and 40 patients without acute cholangitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 and received treatment in the same period.The observation group and control group were set respectively,among which 22 patients with severe acute cholangitis and 18 patients with mild acute cholangitis.Serum procalcitonin and c-reactive protein were determined by immunoturbidimetric method.The PCT and CRP levels in the two groups before treatment,in the observation group with different severity,and in the patients with acute cholangitis before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,the PCT and CRP levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).PCT and CRP levels were significantly lower in mild patients than in severe patients(P<0.05).PCT and CRP levels decreased gradually after treatment,and were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with acute cholangitis,the measurement of serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein by immunoturbidimetry can be used for early diagnosis and monitoring of the disease,and effective methods can be used for timely treatment of patients,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of patients.
