摘　　要：目的探讨不同手术方式治疗胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折的效果和安全性对比观察。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月我院骨科收治的胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折患者60例,60例患者按照1∶1的方式分为两组。接受单纯性椎弓根钉系统内固定术治疗的作为空白对照,设为对照组。接受椎弓根钉系统内固定联合椎间板植骨治疗的作为本次试验对象,设为研究组。观察对比两组患者在不同手术治疗方式下的临床效果。结果治疗前,患者的椎体情况无显著差异;治疗后,研究组的椎体前缘高度、椎体后缘高度高于对照组,Cobb角低于对照组,研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组患者的各项观察指标对比,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折采用椎弓根钉系统内固定联合椎间板植骨治疗,整体疗效得到保证,安全性较高,且患者的脊髓神经功能得到有效改善,该研究结果证实了值得在临床上进行推广。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of different surgical methods in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine burst fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures were selected from May 2018 to May 2019 in the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital.The 60 patients were divided into two groups in a 1∶1 manner.Those who received simple pedicle screw system internal fixation were used as a blank control and set as a control group.Those who received pedicle screw system internal fixation combined with intervertebral plate bone grafting were the subjects of this experiment and were set as the study group.Observe and compare the clinical effects of two groups of patients under different surgical treatments.Results There was no significant difference in vertebral body condition before treatment.After treatment,the height of the anterior and posterior vertebral edges in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the Cobb angle was lower than that in the control group.The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The treatment of thoracolumbar spine burst fracture with pedicle screw system internal fixation combined with intervertebral plate bone grafting can guarantee the overall efficacy and safety,and improve the spinal nerve function of patients effectively.The results of this study prove that it is worthy of clinical promotion.
