口服小剂量罗红霉素对支气管扩张长期治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨口服小剂量罗红霉素对支气管扩张长期治疗的效果。方法本次试验的80例研究对象全部是从2018年7月至2019年7月来院就诊的支气管扩张患者选出来的,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组使用小剂量罗红霉素治疗,对比两组患者长期治疗效果,比较两组患者症状改观情况。结果观察组的总有效率为97.50%,对照组的总有效率为75.00%,观察组治疗效果远远好于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者咳嗽、咯血、咳痰消退时间相比,观察组的症状改观时间都短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组呼吸不顺评分对比,数值基本接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组呼吸不顺评分较对照组要低(P<0.05)。结论在治疗支气管扩张患者时,选择口服小剂量罗红霉素,疗效突出,长期效果更佳,可以较好转变患者症状,促进患者尽早恢复健康,应用价值高,值得大力推广应用。Objective To investigate the long-term effect of oral low-dose roxithromycin on bronchiectasis.Methods Eighty patients with bronchiectasis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy;while the observation group was given low-dose roxithromycin.The long-term therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the improvement of symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,and that of the control group was 75.00%.the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the remission time of cough,hemoptysis and expectoration in the two groups,the improvement time of symptoms in the observation group is shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in dyspnea score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the dyspnea score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral low-dose roxithromycin is effective in treating bronchiectasis and has better long-term effect.It can better change the symptoms of patients and promote patients to recover as soon as possible.It has high application value and is worth promoting and applying.
