分析子宫动脉上行支结扎术在产后出血中的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的研究分析子宫动脉上行支结扎术在产后出血中的治疗作用,探讨对于产后出血患者的更为有效的治疗措施,提高产后出血的临床治疗效果,降低产妇产后出血的安全隐患。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月我院在我院妇产科生产并发生产后出血的患者108例,采用计算机随机分组方式将所选患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者主要采用缩宫剂联合纱条填塞方式进行治疗,观察组患者采用子宫动脉上行支结扎术进行治疗,对比分析两组患者疗效及其相应并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者累计出血量明显低于对照组,观察组患者治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组患者相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者子宫保留比率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫动脉上行支结扎术止血效果明显,并发症少,可以在很大程度上保留患者生育器官,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of uplink ligation of uterine artery in postpartum hemorrhage,to explore more effective treatment measures for postpartum hemorrhage,to improve the clinical treatment effect of postpartum hemorrhage,and to reduce the safety risk of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and eight cases of bleeding were selected from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by computer random grouping.Patients in the control group were treated with uterine contraction combined with gauze packing,and patients in the observation group were treated with ligation of the ascending branch of the uterine artery,and the curative effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding involved in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the uterine retention ratio between the two groups.The uterine retention rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine artery uplink ligation has obvious hemostatic effect and few complications.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
