心脏彩超在高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究在高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者中应用心脏彩超诊断的准确性。方法研究组的30例患者均为我院2018年7月至2019年8月间收治的患有高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭的患者,参照组30例患者为体检中心收治体检正常患者,分析比对两组患者心脏彩超检查结果。结果研究组患者心脏彩超结果(包括射血分数,舒张、收缩末期内径,E及A峰值及E/A比值)与正常人群(参照组)相比,均有显著性的差异(P<0.05)。结论对高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭的诊断,应用心脏彩超可对患者病情予以相应的判断,具有临床推广的意义和价值。Objective To study the accuracy of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure.Methods The 30 patients in the study group were all patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019.Thirty patients in the reference group were normal patients admitted to the physical examination center for physical examination.The results of color Doppler echocardiography were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The results of color Doppler echocardiography(including ejection fraction,diastolic and end systolic diameter,peak E and A and E/A ratio)in the study group were significantly different from those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure,color Doppler echocardiography can be used to judge the patient's condition,which has clinical significance and value.
