摘　　要：目的探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者采取曲美他嗪联合大剂量阿托伐他汀钙的意义分析。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市友谊医院心内二科治疗的80例不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,并随机将这些患者分为试验组和对照组。试验组40例患者在常规用药基础上采用曲美他嗪联合大剂量阿托伐他汀钙治疗;对照组40例患者在常规用药的基础上使用小剂量阿托伐他汀钙治疗。对两组患者临床有效率。结果试验组患者临床有效率为95.00%,对照组临床有效率为90.00%,试验组高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合大剂量阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛,临床效果显著,对确保患者健康,具有非常重要临床意义。Objective To investigate the significance of trimetazine combined with high-dose atorvastatin calcium in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods Eighty patients with unstable angina pectoris from January 2018 to January 2019 in the second department of cardiology,Dalian Friendship Hospital,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Forty patients in the experimental group were treated with trimetazidine combined with high-dose atorvastatin calcium on the basis of conventional medication;40 patients in the control group were treated with low-dose atorvastatin calcium on the basis of conventional medication.The clinical efficiency of the two groups of patients.Results The clinical effective rate was 95.00%in the experimental group and 90.00%in the control group,which was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with high-dose of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris has significant clinical effects,improving the therapeutic effect and ensuring the health of patients,which is of great clinical significance.
