肺炎清热合剂联合定喘方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热壅肺证的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期痰热壅肺证患者中应用肺炎清热合剂及定喘方联合治疗的效果。方法随机选取在我院实施COPD急性加重期治疗的痰热壅肺证患者共62例,以上患者入院时间在2018年2月至2019年9月,对其实施双盲选分组,对照组应用常规临床治疗方法,联合组联合应用肺炎清热合剂及定喘方,分析比对两组患者疾病治疗效果,治疗后血气指标及肺功能指标。结果对比治疗效果,联合组高于对照组;对比血气分析指标及肺功能指标,联合组有四项数据优于对照组,检验数据间差异,P<0.05,统计学意义存在显著性。结论在COPD急性加重期痰热壅肺证患者中应用肺炎清热合剂及定喘方联合治疗的疗效良好,并可显著改善患者肺功能,应用价值显著。Objective To observe the effect of the combination of pneumonia clearing heat mixture and dingchuan formula in the treatment of the syndrome of phlegm heat blocking lung in the acute exacerbation stage of COPD.Methods Sixty-two cases of phlegm heat damming lung syndrome were randomly selected and treated in our hospital.The above patients were hospitalized from February 2018 to September 2019.They were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine clinical treatment,the combined group was treated with pneumonia heat clearing mixture and dingchuan formula at the same time gas index and lung function index.Results Compared with the treatment effect,the combined group is higher than the control group;compared with the blood gas analysis index and lung function index,the combined group has four data better than the control group,the difference between the test data,P<0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the combination of pneumonia clearing heat mixture and dingchuan formula is good,and it can significantly improve the lung function of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.
