针对性护理用于内科老年糖尿病合并高脂血症患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理在内科老年糖尿病合并高脂血症患者中的应用价值。方法选取30例我院2020年10月至2021年1月收治的糖尿病合并高脂血症患者,随机分为两组,对照组15例予以常规护理,研究组15例加用针对性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组干预后FPG为(6.19±0.43)mmol/L,2 hPG为(8.97±1.14)mmol/L,HbA1c为(6.28±0.35)%,与对照组比较均显著较低(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C与对照组比较,P<0.05。研究组干预后生活质量评分及自我管理评分均高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理的实施能够有效降低患者的血糖与血脂水平,增强患者自我管理能力,可促进患者生活质量提升。Objective To analyze the application value of targeted nursing in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia.Methods Thirty cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from October 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,15 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,15 cases in the study group were given targeted nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The FPG of the study group after intervention was(6.19±0.43)mmol/L,2 hPG was(8.97±1.14)mmol/L,HbA1c was(6.28±0.35)%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C of the study group were compared with those of the control group,P<0.05.After the intervention,the scores of quality of life and self-management in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing can effectively reduce the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients,enhance the self-management ability of patients,and promote the quality of life of patients.
