阿奇霉素与阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床护理研究

摘　　要：目的关于通过阿奇霉素与阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎所配合的有效护理研究。方法将2019年12月至2021年1月到我中心通过阿奇霉素与阴道栓剂治疗的102例非淋菌性宫颈炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,同为51例。分别为两组患者通过针对性护理(观察组)和常规护理(对照组)进行干预,比较效果。结果①观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(94.12%vs.80.39%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组用药不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(5.88%vs.21.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过阿奇霉素与阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎时实施针对性护理可有效巩固药物治疗的疗效并降低用药不良反应,值得推荐。Objective To study the effective nursing of azithromycin and vaginal suppository in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis.Methods From December 2019 to January 2021,102 patients with non-gonococcal cervicitis who were treated with azithromycin and vaginal suppositories were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in the same group.The two groups of patients were intervened through targeted care(observation group)and routine care(control group),and the effects were compared.Results(1)The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.12%vs.80.39%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(5.88%vs.21.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted care in the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis through azithromycin and vaginal suppositories can effectively consolidate the efficacy of drug therapy and reduce adverse drug reactions,and is worth recommending.
