优化护理流程对精神科住院患者护理质量和不良事件发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析精神科疾病患者住院护理需求,评价优质护理流程对精神科患者护理质量以及安全性等方面的影响,以优化精神科护理工作,提高精神科患者预后。方法选择我院2018年9月至2019年9月精神科住院治疗的110例患者,予以精神科患者疾病对症用药治疗的基础上采取随机数字表法分组护理,获得伦理委员会批准,对照组与观察组各55例。对照组精神科患者采取常规护理,观察组精神科患者配合优化护理流程,比较两组精神科住院患者的不良事件发生情况、护理质量评分、情绪评分以及护理满意度。结果组间基础护理、病房护理、护理安全质量评分以及护理满意度比较,观察组均明显高于对照组P<0.05。组间压疮、跌倒、出走等护理不良事件发生率以及SAS、SDS情绪评分比较,观察组均明显少于对照组P<0.05。结论基于疾病的特殊性,精神科患者住院期间压疮、跌倒、出走等护理不良事件多发。优化护理流程可以在提高护理质量的基础上进一步提高患者的安全性,满足患者护理需求,护理效果显著。Objective To analyze the inpatient nursing needs of psychiatric patients and evaluate the impact of quality nursing process on the nursing quality and safety of psychiatric patients,so as to optimize the psychiatric nursing work and improve the prognosis of psychiatric patients.Methods One hundred and ten patients who were hospitalized in the psychiatric department of our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected,and the patients in the psychiatric department were given the treatment based on symptomatic medication,and the nursing was divided into groups using the random number table method,which was approved by the ethics committee.There were 55 patients in the control group and 55 patients in the observation group.The control group of psychiatric patients received routine care,and the observation group of psychiatric patients cooperated with the optimization of the nursing process.The adverse events,nursing quality score,emotional score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of hospitalized psychiatric patients were compared.Results The scores of basic nursing,ward nursing,nursing safety and quality and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events such as pressure ulcers,falls and running away as well as SAS and SDS emotional scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the particularity of the disease,there are many adverse nursing events in psychiatric patients such as pressure ulcers,falls and running away.Optimizing the nursing process can further improve the safety of patients on the basis of improving the quality of nursing and meet the nursing needs of patients,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
