四肢骨干开放性骨折患者的急救护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究优质护理在四肢骨干开放性骨折患者急救中的应用效果。方法共计抽取60例四肢骨干开放性骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均于2018年3月至2019年3月入我院急诊进行救治,随机分为两组各30例,分别实施常规护理(对照组)和优质护理(研究组),分组对比患者急救效果、对护理工作的满意情况以及生活质量评分。结果研究组患者痊愈率(93.33%)高于对照组(60.00%),肢体运动障碍率(3.57%)以及骨折部位畸形率(3.57%)均低于对照组(20.00%)、(20.00%),对护理工作的满意度以及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢骨干开放性骨折患者急救中优质护理的实施能够有效提升患者抢救效果,降低患者急救后肢体恢复不佳情况,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,具有较高的推广和应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in the first aid of patients with open fracture of limb shaft.Methods A total of 60 patients with open fracture of limb shaft were selected as the research object.All patients were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 for emergency treatment.They were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients in each group.They were given routine nursing(control group)and high-quality nursing(study group)respectively,and were divided into two groups to compare the emergency treatment effect,satisfaction of nursing work and quality of life score.Results The recovery rate(93.33%)of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(60.00%),the rate of limb movement disorder(3.57%)and the rate of deformity of fracture site(3.57%)were lower than that in the control group(20.00%)and(20.00%),the satisfaction of nursing work and the score of quality of life were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing in the first aid of patients with open fracture of limb shaft can effectively improve the rescue effect of patients,reduce the poor recovery of limbs after the first aid,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work,which has high promotion and application value.
