低温等离子治疗小儿扁桃体炎、腺样体肥大的临床观察研究与护理分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究低温等离子治疗小儿扁桃体炎、腺样体肥大的临床观察与护理分析。方法选取本院收治的82例扁桃体炎、腺样体肥大患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,标本纳入时间范围为2016年2月至2019年1月,所有患儿皆开展低温等离子治疗并予其围手术期综合护理干预,分析手术效果及护理效果。结果82例患儿经治疗后,手术成功率为100.00%,术后没有出现明显的疼痛及出血症状,所有患儿均可正常进食且体温处于正常范围之内,患儿打鼾、鼻塞及张口呼吸等临床症状皆得到明显改善;经护理,82例患儿家属中十分满意69例,一般满意13例,不满意0例,护理总满意度为100.00%(82/82);患儿护理后的社会功能、精神健康以及身体健康等各项生活质量评分显著高于护理前(P<0.05)。结论在治疗小儿扁桃体炎、腺样体肥大的过程中应用低温等离子治疗技术并配合综合护理干预,能够达到预期的治疗效果,改善患儿生活质量。Objective To study the clinical observation and nursing analysis of low temperature plasma therapy for children with tonsillitis and adenoidal hypertrophy.Methods The clinical data of 82 children with tonsillitis and adenoidal hypertrophy admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The samples were collected from February 2016 to January 2019.All patients were treated with low temperature plasma therapy and given comprehensive nursing intervention during perioperative period.The operative effect and nursing effect were analyzed.Results After treatment,the success rate of the operation was 100.00%.There were no obvious pain and bleeding symptoms after the operation.All the children could eat normally and their body temperature was within the normal range.The clinical symptoms of snoring,nasal obstruction and mouth opening breathing were significantly improved.After nursing,69 of the 82 children’s family members were very satisfied,13 were generally satisfied,0 were unsatisfied,and the total nursing satisfaction was 100.00%(82/82).The scores of social function,mental health and physical health of children after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low temperature plasma therapy combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of tonsillitis and adenoidal hypertrophy in children can achieve the desired therapeutic effect,improve the quality of life of children.
