带双层吊车的大柱距重型钢结构厂房设计

摘　　要：以某风电装配厂装配车间为例,介绍重型单层钢结构厂房的设计。该项目位于临海强风、高烈度地区,最大跨度36 m,最大柱距28 m,带双层吊车,最大吨位500 t,具有建设场地自然条件差、大跨度、大柱距、大吨位双层吊车等特点。论文主要介绍厂房柱系统、吊车梁系统以及制动系统的设计,重点关注吊车梁变截面做法等。建设和后续使用情况表明,该厂房的设计安全、经济、适用,为类似钢结构厂房的结构设计提供一定的参考。This paper takes the design of heavy steel structure factory with a wind power assembly plant as an example.The project is located in a seaward area with strong wind and earthquake,with the maximum span of 36 m,the maximum column space of 28 m,double-deck crane and the maximum tonnage of 500 t.It is characterized by the poor natural conditions,large span,large column space and large tonnage double-deck crane.This paper mainly introduces the design of the column system,crane beam system and brake system.The construction process and subsequent use indicate that the design is safe,economical and applicable,providing a reference for the structural design of similar factory.
