某老旧建筑消防改造案例分析

摘　　要：某多层建筑已使用多年,现需根据新的使用要求进行修缮改造。该建筑既有消防设施已无法满足现行标准规范,继续使用会存在消防安全隐患。因此,在改造工程中,消防改造成为首先要解决的问题。通过调查该建筑原设计图纸、既有消防设施及周边条件,提出消防改造方案。The construction of a multistory building has been used for many years, and now it needs to be reformed according its new usage requirements. The existing fire protection facilities of the building can not meet the current standards and specifications, and there will be fire safety risks if the building continues to be used. Therefore, in the renovation project, the fire protection renovation becomes the first problem to be solved. Based on the investigation of the original design drawings of the building, the existing fire facilities and surrounding conditions, this paper puts forward the fire reconstruction plan.
