摘 要:随着工程建设行业的逐步发展,传统手工电弧焊的应用频率已逐步降低。与此同时,机械连接得到了更广泛的应用。这是因为机械连接不仅可以保证连接质量,而且可以提高施工效率,还能减小钢筋连接期间对环境的污染。论文以钢筋滚轧直螺纹套筒连接作业为背景,探讨作业原理、技术优点、主要加工流程以及质量控制措施,旨在为类似工程项目提供参考。With the gradual development of engineering construction industry, the application frequency of traditional manual arc welding has been gradually reduced. At the same time, mechanical connection is more widely used.This is because it can not only improve the construction efficiency while ensuring the quality of the connection, but also reduce the environmental pollution during the reinforcement connection.Taking the steel bar rolling straight thread sleeve connection as the background, the working principle, technical advantages, main process flow and quality control measures are discussed in order to provide reference for similar projects.
