摘  要:公路桥梁的高墩施工一般采用翻模技术,高墩翻模具有施工方法简单、管理方便、外形美观、工期短、施工中可随时纠正偏差等优点。作为路桥工程建设的重要施工技术,翻模施工的技术水平将直接影响到工程的整体质量。论文结合马来西亚项目高架桥施工中采用的翻模法施工技术,从工序安排、模板设计、混凝土工程方面进行了细致的研究。实践证明,翻模技术在马来西亚高架桥施工应用中,从时间、经济、安全等方面均满足施工要求,在类似桥梁中有很好的借鉴作用。The high pier construction of highway bridges generally adopts the turning mold technology. The high pier turning mold has the advantages of simple construction method, convenient management, beautiful appearance, short construction period, and the deviation can be corrected at any time during construction. As an important construction technology of road and bridge engineering, the level of mould turning construction technology will directly affect the overall quality of the project. This paper combines the construction technology of mold turning method used in Malaysia viaduct construction, studies carefully from the process arrangement, template design, stiffness, concrete engineering.Practice has proved that the mouldturning technology can meet the construction requirements in terms of time, economy and safety in the construction of viaduct in Malaysia, and can be used for reference in similar bridges.
