摘  要:本文使用国产SY-202高速离子交换色谱仪(库仑检测器)以及国产YSGSO_(3)Na型阳离子交换树脂,用自行装配的梯度装置,以α-羟基异丁酸(α-HIBA)为洗脱液,提出浓度和pH并行变化的梯度形式,快速分离了十三个稀土元素;并讨论了该种梯度形式的特点及各种定量关系;研究了稀土元素的色谱行为与其结构之间的关系及效应;考察了库仑检测器电解效率的变化原因及规律,并定量测定了镥、镱及铥。The 13 rare earth elements were rapidly separated within an hour by using the cation exchange resin of China-made type of YSG-Na,the high speed ion exchange chromatograph of China-made type of SY-202 with a coulometric detector,and a simple out-gradient apparatus installed by us.a-HIBA was used as eluant.The concentration and pH varied simultaneously in the given gradient condition.Some relations were studied under the given experimental conditions.The following formula was obtained:where C is the concentration of a-HIBA at tie time t,C1 and C0 are the concentrations of the eluant(C1>C0),F1 and F2 are the flow rates of the metering pump 1 and 2,V0 is the volume of the eluant with C0.The relation between the concentration of the ligand[L]and t can be expressed as follows;The relation between[L]and the atomic number of a rare earth(Zi)can be expressed as follows:The chromatographic behavior of the elements was studied.It was discovered that good liner relationship existed between log tR and Zi:The tetrad effect of the lanthanides were studied by using HPIEC.The causes and rule of the change of electrolysis efficiency was studied.
