阿利沙坦酯片与厄贝沙坦片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较阿利沙坦酯片与厄贝沙坦片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将121例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为对照组59例和试验组62例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦片,初始剂量每次150 mg,qd,口服,若1周内血压控制欠佳,可增至每次300 mg,qd;试验组给予阿利沙坦酯片每次240mg,qd,口服。2组患者均治疗8周。比较2组患者的临床疗效、血压,以及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果试验过程中脱落9例。治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.92%(56例/59例)和81.14%(43例/53例),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,试验组和对照组的白昼收缩压(SBP)分别为(124.25±17.21)和(132.90±18.07) mmHg,白昼舒张压(DBP)分别为(80.02±5.92)和(89.96±5.81) mmHg,夜间SBP分别为(121.13±14.82)和(131.63±16.51) mmHg,夜间DBP分别为(72.09±4.58)和(85.80±4.91)mmHg,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。2组患者治疗期间均未发生药物不良反应。结论阿利沙坦酯片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的临床疗效优于厄贝沙坦片,且安全性较高。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of alisartan axe til tablets and irbesartan tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 121 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group(n=59 cases) and treatment groups(n=62 cases).The control group was given irbesartan tablets,the initial dose was 150 mg each time,qd,orally,and if the blood pressure was not well controlled within one week,it could be increased to 300 mg each time,qd.The treatment group was given alisartan axetil tablets 240 mg each time,qd,orally.Two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results There were 9 cases of shedding during the trial.After treatment,the total effective rates of treatment and control groups were 94.92%(56 cases/59 cases) and 81.14%(43 cases/53 cases) with significant difference(P <0.05).After treatment,the daytime systolic blood pressure(SBP) of treatment and control groups were(124.25±17.21) and(132.90±18.07) mmHg,the daytime diastolic blood pressure(DBP) were(80.02±5.92) and(89.96±5.81) mmHg;the nighttime SBP were(121.13±14.82) and(131.63±16.51)mmHg,the nighttime DBP were(72.09±4.58) and(75.80±4.91) mmHg,the differences were all statistically significant(all P <0.05).No adverse drug reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Alisartan axe til tablets have better clinical efficacy than irbesartan tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,and their safety is higher.
