摘  要:为分析施工阶段二次衬砌裂缝产生的原因,现场调查了某隧道的衬砌裂缝,结合围岩类型分析了裂缝的数量、长度、宽度等特征。发现二次衬砌裂缝产生于衬砌浇筑后3~4个月,二次衬砌裂缝与围岩类别和二衬施作时间有密切联系。本文详细分析了工程地质、混凝土质量、安全步距、施工过程管理、预埋件施作等因素对衬砌裂缝的影响。探索衬砌裂缝产生的原因,有助于今后指导设计和施工。In order to analyze the causes of the secondary lining cracks in the construction stage,the lining cracks of a tunnel are investigated on site,and the characteristics of the number,length and width of the cracks are analyzed in combination with the type of surrounding rock.It is found that the cracks in the secondary lining occur 3-4 months after the lining is poured.The cracks in the secondary lining are closely related to the type of surrounding rock and the construction time of the secondary lining.This paper analyzes in detail the influence of engineering geology,concrete quality,safety step distance,construction process management,embedded parts construction and other factors on lining cracks.Exploring the causes of lining cracks is helpful to guide the design and construction in the future.
