摘  要:基于密封循环吸收技术,研制了水中硫化物快速样品前处理设备,可实现在常温,无氮气源条件下5 min内完成水中硫化物的快速分离和浓缩。结合亚甲蓝分光光度法检测,方法的定量限为5μg/L,检出限为2μg/L,加标回收率在94.3%~109.6%之间,相对标准偏差在4.0%~7.0%之间,测定范围为5~200μg/L。Based on the sealed and cycled absorption technique,a rapid sample pretreatment apparatus for sulfides in water was developed,which could realize rapid separation and concentrate of sulfides in water samples within 5 min at room temperature and without nitrogen source. Combined with methylene blue spectrophotometry,the limit of detection( LOD) of this method could be 2 μg/L for the sulfides,the limit of quantitate( LOQ) could be 5 μg/L,the recoveries were between 94. 3%-109. 6%,the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were4. 0%-7. 0%,and the linear range was 5-200 μg/L.
