摘　　要：本文针对航空液压作动器活塞外表面技术指标,开展相关技术研究与工艺试验。提出了砂带超精加工工艺实现活塞表面技术指标的可行性,合理制定加工方案,有效保证活塞外表面密封相关技术指标,有效解决了手工抛光的技术指标不稳定,工作强度大等问题。According to the technical index of the surface of the actuator piston, the related technical research and process test are carried out. The feasibility of realizing piston surface technical index by abrasive belt superfinishing machining process was proposed. The relevant technical indexes of piston surface seal were processed by reasonable processing plan.
