摘　　要：本文研究了西门子840D数控系统的数据采集方法,并利用OPC方式实现了840DPL和V4.5以下版本840D SL的数据采集,利用OPC UA实现了V4.5及以上版本840D SL的数据采集,利用QT编程对840D SL数控系统进行二次开发,实现了840DSL各个版本数控系统的数据采集,并以数据采集为基础,编写了数控车间中数控机床群监控软件系统,实现了西门子840D数控系统数控机床群的远程监控。The different data acquisition schemes of SIEMENS 840 D CNC system was proposed. A scheme based on OPC specification was introduced to accomplish the data acquisition of 840 D PL system and 840 D SL blow v4.5. A scheme based on OPC UA specification was introduced to accomplish the data acquisition of 840 D SL v4.5 or above. The redevelopment of 840 D SL with QT was used. A software system for remote monitoring of CNC machine tools was developed.
