摘 要:在涡旋压缩机设计过程中,确保动盘稳定运转是设计中核心技术点之一。为更准确的计算动盘运转稳定性,以某型号的涡旋压缩机为研究对象,结合压缩机实际运转过程,分析动盘受力特性;推导出动盘运转稳定性计算的理论数学模型,将复杂的动盘运转稳定性问题转化为止推反力作用点的求解问题。通过试验掌握了背压与转速之间的线性关系,进一步完善全频段动盘运转稳定性计算模型,并提出动盘运转稳定与否的判定基准,为涡旋压缩机的设计提供理论参考。To ensure the stable operation of orbiting scroll was one of the core technical points in the design process of scroll compressor.In order to calculate the operation stability of the orbiting scroll more accurately,a certain type of scroll compressor was taken as the research object.According to the actual running state of the compressor,the force characteristics of the orbiting scroll were analyzed,and the mathematical model of the operation stability was deduced.So the complex problem of the operation stability of the orbiting scroll was transformed into the problem of solving the action point of the reacting force.Moreover,the linear relationship between support pressure and rotational speed was obtained through experiments,and the stability calculation model of the orbiting scroll was improved over the whole frequency range,and the theoretical criterion of the operation stability was put forward,which provides a theoretical reference for the design of the scroll compressor.
