摘　　要：船员是推动经济发展的重要因素,也是一个一直被忽视的小众群体。本文基于我国船员市场存在的问题,从市场机制的角度,提出了政府介入船员市场进行均衡调整时可采取的信息引导和政策调控路径。Crew is a key factor in the propelling of economic development,while this group has always been neglected as a minority group.This paper brings about suggestions on the channels of information guidance and policy adjustment&control when the government is to intervene the crew market for a balance modulation from the perspective of the construction of market mechanism based on the existing problems in domestic crew market.
