摘　　要：针对一次船舶发电柴油机发生的缸套裂纹故障,基于导致缸套裂纹的影响因素,结合该船发电柴油机运行情况,对本次缸套裂纹故障进行分析,并从维护与管理的角度提出了船舶发电柴油机缸套裂纹的预防对策。Aiming at crack fault of Marine generator diesel engine cylinder liner,the common causes of failure are analyzed from the aspects of cavitation erosion,mechanical load,thermal load,combustion quality and lubricating oil quality.Combined with the operation of the ship's generator diesel engine,the cylinder liner crack fault was analyzed.From the point of view of maintenance and management,this paper puts forward the preventive measures for crack fault of Marine generator diesel engine cylinder liner.
