涤锦通用蓬松型浸渍硅油M-5104的合成及应用

摘　　要：以端环氧硅油和聚醚多元胺为反应原料,异丙醇为溶剂,82℃反应6 h合成涤锦通用蓬松型浸渍硅油M-5104。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了M-5104硅油的结构,并测试其理化性能。用M-5104对涤/锦毛绒织物进行浸渍柔软整理,探讨了整理剂用量、浸渍时间和浸渍温度对整理织物手感和K/S值的影响。结果表明:当硅油乳液用量为3%(omf),浸渍时间为30 min,浸渍温度为50℃,浴比为1∶10时,整理织物的手感最佳,K/S值上升速率更大。Using epoxy terminated silicone oil and polyether polyamine as raw materials,isopropanol as solvent,polyester polyamide general fluffy dipping silicone oil M-5104 was synthesized at 82℃for 6 h.The structure of M-5104 silicone oil was characterized by FT-IR,and its physical and chemical properties were tested.The polyester/polyamide plush fabric was treated with M-5104.The effects of the amount of finishing agent,dipping time and dipping temperature on the handle and K/S value of the finished fabric were discussed.The results show that when the dosage of silicone emulsion is 3%(omf),the dipping time is 30 min,the dipping temperature is 50℃and the bath ratio is 1∶10,the finished fabric has the best hand feel and small color difference,and the rise rate of K/S value is higher.
