摘  要:采用新型阻燃剂配制工作液,对不同混纺比的涤棉织物进行阻燃整理。比较不同混纺比涤棉织物的燃烧性能。结果表明,新型有机磷阻燃剂1#、2#与交联剂3#配制的工作液可使不同混纺比的涤棉织物均达到理想的阻燃效果;pH均为4.0~7.5,可达到A类婴幼儿用品标准;甲醛质量分数均小于75 mg/kg,符合B类直接接触皮肤产品的要求;强力损失率较低,最大强损仅为12.9%;经过20次水洗后,整理织物的阴燃时间和续燃时间均为0 s,损毁长度均小于150 mm,仍可以达到GB/T 8965—2009《防护服装阻燃防护》中的C级,具有良好的耐洗性。Polyester/cotton fabrics with different blending ratios were finished for flame retardation by a new type of flame retardant.The combustion properties of polyester/cotton fabrics with different blending ratios were compared.The results showed that the configuration working fluid,which was made up with the new organic phosphorus flame retardant 1#,2#and crosslinking agent 3#had an ideal flame retardant effect for polyester/cotton fabrics with different blending ratios,and the pH was 4.0~7.5,which could meet the standard of class A infant products.The mass fraction of formaldehyde was less than 75 mg/kg,which met the requirements of Class B direct contact skin products.Strength loss rate was low,and the maximum strength loss was only 12.9%.After 20 washes,the smoldering time and the continuous burning time of the finished fabrics were both 0 s,and the damage length was less than 150 mm.It could still reach the C level in the national standard GB/T 8965—2009 Protective clothing-flame retardant protection,and possessed good washing resistance.
