摘　　要：介绍了硫化染料的环保卷染工艺,并与硫化染料传统卷染工艺进行对比。合理筛选硫化染料染色时的还原剂与硫化染料显色时的氧化剂/中和酸,可以实现硫化染料的环保染色,并可以获得硫化染料传统卷染工艺的色牢度。结果表明:相较于硫化染料传统卷染工艺,硫化染料环保卷染工艺染色废水中的硫化物由150.0 mg/L下降到0.5 mg/L,氧化物废水中的重金属铬离子不超过0.4 mg/L,染色织物上重金属铬离子的游离量不超过0.08 mg/kg,节约蒸汽耗能35%;产品的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均提高0.5~1.0级。硫化染料环保卷染工艺既保证了硫化物和重金属不超标,又改善了生产环境的空气质量。The environmental protection roll dyeing process of sulfide dye was introduced and compared with the traditional roll dyeing process of sulfur dye.The reasonable selection of reducing agent in sulfur dye dyeing and oxidant/neutralizing acid in sulfur dye coloration can realize environmental protection dyeing of sulfur dyes,and obtain the color fastness of traditional roll dyeing process of sulfur dyes.The results show that compared with the traditional roll dyeing process of sulfur dye,the sulfide content in the dyeing waste water of environmental protection roll dyeing process drops from 150.0 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L,the heavy metal ions in the oxide waste water does not exceed 0.4 mg/L,the amount of free heavy metal chromium ions on the dyed fabric does not exceed 0.08 mg/kg,and the steam energy consumption is saved by 35%.The color fastness to soaping and friction are increased by 0.5~1.0 grade.The environmental protection roll dyeing process of sulfide dye not only ensures that the sulfide and heavy metals do not exceed the standard,but also improves the the air quality of the production environment.
