摘 要:基于扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和动态升降温测试,研究了相变调温纺织品的表面形态、热力学性质和升降温过程中的温度变化情况,对比了相变调温纺织品与普通纺织品的调温性能。结果表明,热焓值和动态升降温测试的平均温差值可有效地表征相变调温纺织品的调温性能;平均温差值越大,纺织品的调温性能越好。Based on scanning electron microscopy(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and dynamic heating and cooling test,surface morphology,thermodynamic property and temperature variation of phase change thermo-regulating textiles were studied,and the thermo-regulating performance of phase change thermo-regulating textile was compared with ordinary textile.The results show that heat enthalpy and average temperature difference in dynamic heating and cooling test can effectively prove the thermo-regulating performance of the phase change thermo-regulating textile.The greater the average temperature difference,the better the temperature-regulating performance of the textile.
