摘  要:牛仔洗水是牛仔服装生产过程中非常重要的环节。采用臭氧洗水对牛仔硫化黑染色棉纱线进行处理,研究臭氧洗涤时间、pH和含湿率对棉纱线结构和性能的影响,并研究臭氧处理棉纱线的机理。结果表明:棉纱线的微观表面结构几乎没有受到影响,但酸性环境会破坏棉纱线纤维微观表面结构;臭氧处理会部分氧化纤维素纤维的羟基;当棉纱线在中性环境、织物含湿率150%下进行臭氧洗水脱色,强力和脱色效果最好。Washing of denim is a very important link in the production process of jeans.The denim cot⁃ton yarn dyed with sulfur black was treated with ozone washing water.The effects of ozone washing time,pH and moisture content on the structure and properties of cotton yarn were studied,and the mechanism of ozone treatment of cotton yarn was studied.The results showed that the micro surface structure of cotton yarn was hardly affected,but the acid environment would destroy the micro surface structure of fiber in the yarn.Ozone treatment would partially oxidize the hydroxyl groups in cellulose fibers.When cotton yarn was washed and decolorized by ozone under neutral environment and moisture content of 150%,the strength and decolorization effect of the fabric were the best.
