摘 要:为改善马来酸酐-丙烯酸二元共聚物类皂洗剂防沾色和净洗性能,采用N-乙烯基咪唑与马来酸酐、丙烯酸共聚,制备马来酸酐-丙烯酸-N-乙烯基咪唑三元共聚物(MA-AA-VIM),用于防沾色皂洗剂的制作。探讨单体配比、引发剂用量、聚合温度和单体滴加时间对共聚物分散性、螯合性的影响,优化MA-AA-VIM聚合条件,测试MA-AA-VIM的分散性、螯合性以及防沾色皂洗剂的应用性能,并与国内市场的马来酸酐-丙烯酸二元共聚物类皂洗剂进行比较。结果表明,MA-AA-VIM优化共聚工艺:单体配比m(AA)∶m(MA)∶m(VIM)=6.0∶2.0∶0.8,引发剂用量4.5%(对单体总质量),聚合温度85℃,单体滴加时间1.5 h,MA-AA-VIM的分散性、螯合性分别为453.78、447.27 mg/g。经过MA-AA-VIM配制的防沾色皂洗剂皂洗后,染色织物耐干摩擦色牢度可达4~5级,耐湿摩擦色牢度可达4级。相比国内马来酸酐-丙烯酸二元共聚物类皂洗剂,MA-AA-VIM防沾色皂洗剂具有较好的防沾色性能和净洗性能。In order to improve the anti-staining and cleaning property of maleic anhydride-acrylic acid co⁃polymer soap agents,maleic anhydride-acrylic acid-N-vinylimidazole terpolymer(MA-AA-VIM)was synthe⁃sized with maleic anhydride,acrylic acid and N-vinylimidazole as mononmer,and applied in preparation of an⁃ti-staining soaping agent.The effects of polymer factors such as monomer ratio,dosage of initiator,polymer⁃ization temperature and dropping time on the dispersibility and chelation of MA-AA-VIM were discussed.The polymerization conditions of MA-AA-VIM were optimized.The dispersing property,chelating property of the MA-AA-VIM and the stain resistance property of its anti stain soap were tested,and compared with the do⁃mestic market maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer soap agents.The results showed that the optimal polymer⁃ization conditions of MA-AA-VIM were as follows:the ratio of monomers m(AA)∶m(MA)∶m(VIM)=6.0∶2.0∶0.8,initiator dosage 4.5%(on the total mass of monomers),polymerization temperature 85℃,dropping time 1.5 h.The dispersing property,chelating property of MA-AA-VIM were 453.78、447.27 mg/g,respectively.After soaping with the anti-staining soaping agent formulated by MA-AA-VIM,the color fastness to dry rubbing of dyed fabrics could reach 4~5 grade,and the color fastness to wet rubbing could reach 4 grade.Compared with domestic maleic acid-acrylic acid binary copolymer soaping agents,MA-AA-VIM anti-staining soaping agents has better anti-staining properties and detergent performance.
