摘  要:通过助剂整理赋予汉麻/超高分子质量聚乙烯纤维面料功能性,研究汉麻/超高分子质量聚乙烯复合纤维面料的组织结构、颜色性能、光照升温性能、力学性能、色牢度和抗起毛起球性能。结果表明:整理后的汉麻/超高分子质量聚乙烯纤维面料光照升温低,仅需3 min就可降至初始温度;耐皂洗色牢度达4~5级,褪色牢度达5级,耐干、湿摩擦色牢度分别为5、4级;由于面料组织结构规整,整理后抗起毛起球性能可达4~5级,而且接触凉感(瞬态最大热流量)q_(max)值可达0.20 W/cm^(2)。The functional properties of hemp/ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber fabrics were obtained by auxiliary finishing.The structure,color properties,light and temperature rising properties,mechani⁃cal properties,color fastness and anti-pilling properties of hemp/ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber fabrics were investigated.The results showed that the light temperature of hemp/ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber fabrics was low after finishing,and it only took 3 min for the fabric to drop to the initial tem⁃perature.The color fastness to soaping could reach 4~5 grade,and the color fastness to fade could reach 5 grade.The color fastness to dry and wet rubbing was 5 and 4 grade.Due to the regular structure of hemp/ul⁃tra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber fabrics,the anti-pilling grade of the finished fabric could reach 4~5 grade,and the qmax value of the cooling sensation(transient maximum heat flow)of the fabric could reach 0.20 W/cm^(2).
