摘　　要：二十一世纪是节能环保的时代,节约资源,绿色环保,走可持续发展之路已成为各行业发展的共识。我国要达成建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的目标,其中,避免不必要的能源消耗,是保护生态环境的根本之策。水,作为人类生活生产的必需品,目前全球水源地破坏严重,日常生活用水浪费与工业生产消耗加剧,水资源储量大幅减少。加强水源地保护和用水管理,促进水循环利用,建设节水型社会是当前的重要课题。本文阐述了我国水资源和家庭用水使用现状,现行坐便器水效等级指标分析,并设计出一种符合一级水效的节水型坐便器排水阀。The 21st century is the era of energy conservation and environmental protection,saving resources,green environmental protection,sustainable development has become the consensus of the development of various industries.In order to achieve the goal of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,avoiding unnecessary energy consumption is the fundamental way to protect the ecological environment.Water,as a necessity of human life and production,has been seriously damaged in global water sources,resulting in waste of water for daily life and intensified consumption of industrial production,and a significant decrease in water resources reserves.It is an important task to strengthen water source protection and water management,promote water recycling and build a water-saving society.This paper describes the present situation of water resources and domestic water use in China,analyzes the current water efficiency grade index of toilets,and designs a water-saving drainage valve of toilets conforming to the first grade water efficiency.
