摘 要:以五硫化二磷、对甲苯酚与三乙醇胺为主要原料,以甲醇为溶剂,成功合成了O,O'-二(对甲苯基)二硫代磷酸三乙醇铵盐(TADPD)。采用动电位极化曲线和失重法评价了TADPD作为新型缓蚀剂在H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能。缓蚀性能评价结果表明TADPD是一种混合型缓蚀剂,最高缓蚀率可达99.05%,该缓蚀剂在Q235钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温模型;研究缓蚀性能影响因素发现,随着缓蚀剂TADPD浓度增加缓蚀率升高,随腐蚀体系温度升高和H_(2)SO_(4)浓度增大缓蚀率均下降,静置时间对缓蚀效果基本无影响。Tris(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium O,O'-di-p-tolylphosphorodithioate(TADPD)is successfully synthesized using phosphorus pentasulfide,p-methylphenol and triethanolamine as raw materials,methanol as solvent.The corrosion inhibition performance of TADPD as a new corrosion inhibitor for Q235 steel in H_(2)SO_(4)solution is evaluated by potentiometric polarization curve and weight loss method.The results of corrosion inhibition evaluation show that TADPD with corros ion inhibition ratio of up to 99.05%is a kind of mixed-type corrosion inhibitor,and the adsorption of TADPD on the surface of Q235 steel accords with Langmuir adsorption isotherm.Meanwhile,the influence factors of the corrosion inhibition performance are studied.It’s found that the corrosion inhibition efficiency improve with the increase of TADPD concentration,while it decrease with the increase of temperature and H_(2)SO_(4)concentration.Moreover,standing time has little impact on the corrosion inhibition.
