摘  要:为解决传统垃圾填埋场产生的恶臭问题,提出一种复合生物除臭菌剂促进恶臭气体转化的方法,以抑制填埋场臭气的产生。通过从自然界中筛选具有除臭功能的优势菌种并制备成除臭菌剂,投加到准好氧型生物反应器填埋场中,探讨优势除臭菌剂对硫化氢和氨气去除效能及其填埋场微生物特性的影响。结果表明:复合生物除臭菌剂对硫化氢的总去除率为35.50%,对氨气的总去除率为31.30%,投加复合生物除臭菌剂具有较好的除臭效果。同时,通过投加复合生物除臭菌剂能增加硫化细菌、反硫化细菌、氨化细菌和硝化细菌的数量,加快对硫化氢和氨气的代谢转化过程,抑制硫化氢、氨气的释放量,减少填埋场臭气的产生。In order to solve the odor problem of traditional landfill,biological compound biological deodorizer is proposed to promote the transformation of odor gas and inhibit the generation of odor in landfill.In this work,the dominant bacteria with deodorization function are screened from the nature,and deodorizer was prepared and added to the semi-aerobic bioreactor landfill.The removal effects of the dominant deodorizer on hydrogen sulfide and ammonia and its influence on the characteristics of microorganisms in the landfill are discussed.The results show that the total removal rate of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia is 35.50%and 31.30%respectively in the whole experimental stage,and the compound biological deodorizer exhibit nice deodorization effect.Meanwhile,the amount of sulfide bacteria,disulfide bacteria,ammonifying bacteria and nitrifying bacteria associated with the transformation of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia can be increased by adding composite biological deodorizer,which can accelerate the metabolic transformation process of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia,inhibit the release of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia,reducing the generation of landfill odor.
