摘 要:随着社会经济的高速发展,各类高能量损伤逐年增多,从而导致的骨盆、髋臼骨折也逐年增多[1]。髋臼是组成骨盆的一部分,髋臼骨折常由于高能量损伤导致的骨盆骨折时耻骨、坐骨或髂骨骨折延伸所致,也可由股骨头中心性脱位所致,是一种严重的髋部骨折[2]。髋臼骨折合并神经损伤临床非常常见,可能会伤及腰骶丛、股神经、坐骨神经、闭孔神经、臀上神经、股外侧皮神经等[3-5]。Severe high-energy injury often leads to acetabular fracture.The acetabular fracture is a serious hip fracture,and often combined with sciatic nerve and femoral nerve injuries.Early detection,diagnosis and treatment of acetabular fracture combined with nerve injury are particularly important for postoperative functional recovery.Early diagnosis and treatment can significantly restore nerve function,reduce the disability rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
