摘 要:直流接触器中采用永磁体灭弧,为了改善直流接触器在通过短路电流时的电动斥力和电弧力,设计了4种永磁体的不同排布方式。通过建模软件SolidWorks搭建直流接触器的触头系统模型,运用电磁仿真软件Maxwell进行不同电流下的电动斥力和电弧力仿真计算。对比分析结果显示,方案3的永磁体排布方式,对改善电动斥力和电弧力的综合效果最好,提高了直流接触器的短时耐受电流并增强了灭弧效果,为后续直流接触器的进一步研究提供理论依据。Permanent magnets are used to extinguish the arc in the direct current(DC)contactor.In order to improve the electric repulsion and arc force when the short-circuit current passes through the DC contactor,four different arrangements of permanent magnets are designed.The contact system model of the DC contactor is established by the modeling software SolidWorks,and the electromagnetic simulation software Maxwell is used to simulate the electrodynamic repulsion and arc force under different currents.The results of the comparative analysis show that the permanent magnet arrangement of scheme 3 has the best comprehensive performance on the decrease of electric repulsion and arc force.Therefore,the short-term withstand current and arc extinguishing effect of the DC contactor are improved.It can provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent further research on the DC contactor.
