摘 要:目的:建立甘草制白屈菜减毒增效炮制工艺。方法:以甘草用量、闷润时间、烘干时间和烘干温度等4个因素,利用正交试验进行炮制工艺研究,以别隐品碱等7个生物碱成分作为指标,采用HPLC法对炮制前后成分进行含量测定。结果:所建立的HPLC法符合相关规定。确定最佳工艺为A3B3C1D1,即甘草用量15%,闷润3 h,60℃下烘12 h。结论:所建立的甘草制炮制工艺方法可行,提示本甘草制工艺具有一定的减毒作用。Objective:To establish the toxicity-attenuating and synergistic processing technology of Chelidonium majus with licorice.Methods:The processing technology was studied by orthogonal test with four factors including licorice dosage,moistening time,drying time and drying temperature.Seven alkaloids including allocriptine were used as the indexes.The contents of the components before and after processing were determined by HPLC.Results:The HPLC method was in accordance with the relevant regulations.The optimum process was A3B3C1D1,namely 15%licorice,moistening for 3 hours and drying at 60℃for 12 hours.Conclusion:The established processing technology with licorice can be used for the processing of Chelidonium majus,indicating a certain detoxification effect of licorice.
