摘  要:目的:应用灰色关联分析(GRA)与主成分分析(PCA)评价不同产地金果榄药材质量。方法:收集来自15个不同产区金果榄药材,测定各批药材的灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物,以及盐酸巴马汀和盐酸药根碱含量,采用GRA法、构建金果榄质量评价模型并与PCA法进行比较。结果:对不同批次金果榄药材中的各成分进行GRA,得出湖北武当山八仙观产金果榄药材与最优参考序列的相对关联度最高(0.64)质量最优,湖北荆州产金果榄药材与最优参考序列的相对关联度最低(0.32)质量最差,PCA法与GRA法的分析结果基本一致,说明结果可重复性较好,较为可靠。结论:GRA所建立的金果榄质量评价模型可作为金果榄药材质量评价的参考依据。Objective:To evaluate the quality of Radix Tinosporae from different producing areas,and make a comparison by using grey correlation analysis(GRA)and principal components analysis(PCA).Methods:Fifteen samples of Radix Tinosporae were collected from different producing areas.The percentage composition of total ash,acid-insoluble ash,extractum,and contents of jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmation hydrochloride in Radix Tinosporae from different habitats were determined.The grey correlation quality evaluation model was built for Radix Tinosporae from different producing areas and compared to the PCA results.Results:According to the grey correlation analysis on components in the different batches of Radix Tinosporae,the fructus from Eight Immortals View on Wudang Mountain of Hubei province was the most highly correlated with the optimal reference sequence(0.64),indicating the best in quality;Radix Tinosporae Fructus from Wuhan of Hubei province was the most lowly correlated with the optimal reference sequence(0.32),suggesting the worst in quality.The results were basically identical with those of PCA,indicating good repeatability and stability.Conclusion:Grey incidence degree method and the established Radix Tinosporae quality evaluation models can be used to evaluate the quality of Radix Tinosporae.
