摘　　要：孕妇处于特殊的生理阶段,机体对营养物质的需求明显增加,维生素D就是其中之一,直接影响母婴健康和分娩结局。本文结合相关文献资料,从维生素D的主要生理功能入手,介绍了妊娠期维生素D缺乏的现状以及对母婴的危害;指出孕期补充维生素D的指南和方法,以供产科医生参考。Pregnant women are in a special physiological stage,and the demand for nutrients is significantly increased.Vitamin D is one of them,which directly affects the health of mothers and infants and the outcome of delivery.Based on the relevant literature and starting with the main physiological functions of vitamin D,this paper introduces the current situation of vitamin D deficiency during pregnancy and its harm to mothers and infants.This paper points out the guidelines and methods of vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy for obstetricians'reference.
