摘　　要：目的:探究康妇炎胶囊与硝酸咪康唑治疗阴道炎合并外阴瘙痒的效果。方法:2018年12月-2020年6月收治阴道炎并外阴瘙痒患者140例,随机分为两组,各70例。甲组采用硝酸咪康唑治疗;乙组在硝酸咪康唑基础上给予康妇炎胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:乙组治疗总有效率高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组外阴瘙痒症状、黏膜充血症状、白带异常症状及疼痛症状消失时间均明显低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用康妇炎胶囊与硝酸咪康唑治疗阴道炎并外阴瘙痒的效果确切,能够快速缓解患者症状,促进身体康复。Objective:To explore the effect of kangfuyan capsule and miconazole nitrate in the treatment of vaginitis combined with vulva pruritus.Methods:From December 2018 to June 2020,140 patients with vaginitis and vulva pruritus were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 70 cases in each group.Group A was treated with miconazole nitrate.Group B was treated with kangfuyan capsule on the basis of miconazole nitrate.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the group B was higher than the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of vulva pruritus,mucosal congestion,abnormal leucorrhea and pain symptoms in the group B was significantly lower than the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuyan capsule and miconazole nitrate in the treatment of vaginitis combined with vulva pruritus is effective,can quickly relieve the symptoms of patients,promote physical rehabilitation.
