摘　　要：目的:分析超声定位神经阻滞对下腹部手术患者术后疼痛及炎性因子水平的影响。方法:2020年1-12月收治实施下腹部手术的患者68例,随机分为两组,各39例。两组运用相同的麻醉诱导方法及麻醉药品。对照组给予全麻处理;试验组应用超声定位进行神经阻滞麻醉。比较两组患者术后疼痛评分及炎性因子水平。结果:试验组术后4 h、12 h、24 h的疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在进行下腹部手术患者的麻醉时,选择超声引导下神经阻滞方案,有助于降低患者的疼痛感,能有效控制患者炎性因子水平,降低患者风险。Objective:To analyze the effects of ultrasound positioning nerve block on postoperative pain and inflammatory factors in patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery.Methods:From January to December 2020,68 patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 39 cases in each group.The two groups used the same anesthesia induction method and anesthetic drugs.The control group was given general anesthesia.The experimental group was treated with ultrasound positioning for nerve block anesthesia.The postoperative pain scores and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The NRS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 4 h,12 h,and 24 h after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the anesthesia of patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery,the choice of ultrasound-guided nerve block can help reduce the patient's pain,can effectively control the level of inflammatory factors in the patient,and reduce the risk of the patients.
