摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔粘连术后Cook球囊支架联合不同剂量雌激素辅助治疗的效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年6月收治宫腔镜下行宫腔粘连分离术和宫腔留置Cook球囊支架的患者31例,根据不同剂量雌激素辅助治疗的方式差异性分为两组。观察组给予12 mg雌激素;对照组给予4 mg雌激素。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、子宫内膜厚度及妊娠率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在宫腔镜下行宫腔粘连分离术和宫腔留置Cook球囊支架患者的临床治疗中,无论采用12 mg还是采用4 mg剂量的雌激素辅助治疗,效果无显著差异;因此不必盲目加大药物用量,需根据患者的病情,详细观察后对症用药。Objective:To investigate the effect of Cook balloon stent combined with different doses of estrogen in adjuvant therapy after intrauterine adhesion surgery.Methods:From April 2018 to June 2019,31 patients who underwent hysteroscopic uterine adhesion separation and uterine cavity indwelling Cook balloon stent were selected.They were divided into the two groups according to the differences in the way of adjuvant treatment of different doses of estrogen.The observation group was given a dose of 12 mg.The control group was given a dose of 4 mg.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the total effective rate of treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with intrauterine adhesion separation and indwelling Cook balloon stent under hysteroscopy,there is no significant difference in the effect of adjuvant treatment with estrogen at a dose of 12 mg or 4 mg.Therefore,it is not necessary to blindly increase the dosage of the drug,and the symptomatic medication should be used after detailed observation according to the patient's condition.
