重症顽固性心力衰竭患者应用左西孟旦联合米力农治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:评价左西孟旦+米力农治疗重症顽固性心力衰竭(心衰)的价值。方法:2019年3月-2020年7月收治重症顽固性心衰患者60例,依据治疗方法差异分为两组。对照组给予左西孟旦治疗;试验组给予左西孟旦+米力农治疗。比较两组治疗结果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组左心室射血分数水平高于对照组,B型利尿钠肽水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后心率水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联用左西孟旦+米力农治疗重症顽固性心衰,更具有优势,可达到良好的临床效果。Objective:To evaluate the value of levosimendan and milrinone in the treatment of severe and refractory heart failure(heart failure).Methods:From March 2019 to July 2020,60 patients with severe intractable heart failure were selected,they were divided into the two groups based on the difference in treatment methods.The control group was given levosimendantreatment.The experimental group was given levosimendan and milrinone treatment.We compared the treatment results of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of left ventricular ejection fraction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of B-type natriuretic peptide was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate level of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of levosimendan and milrinone has more advantages in the treatment of severe intractable heart failure and can achieve good clinical results.
