摘　　要：目的:比较颅骨修补术中采用单极电凝、双极电凝技术对手术效果的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月行颅骨修补的患者40例,根据术中采用的电凝方式分为单极电凝组(n=22)和双极电凝组(n=18)。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率。结果:双极电凝组手术时间长于单极电凝组,术中出血量少于单极电凝组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后颅内出血、感染及癫痫发作的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);单极电凝组皮下积液的发生率高于双极电凝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单极电凝可一定程度缩短颅骨修补术的手术时间;双极电凝可一定程度减少术中出血量,并降低术后皮下积液的发生率。Objective:To compare the effects of monopole electrocoagulation and bipolar electrocoagulation on cranial repair.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,40 patients who underwent skull repair were selected and divided into unipolar electrocoagulation group(n=22)and bipolar electrocoagulation group(n=18)according to the electrocoagulation method adopted during operation.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss volume and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the bipolar electrocoagulation group was longer than the monopole electrocoagulation group,and the intraoperative blood loss volume was less than the monopole electrocoagulation group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of the incidence of postoperative intracranial hemorrhage,infection and seizures between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of subcutaneous effusion in the unipolar electrocoagulation group was higher than the bipolar electrocoagulation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Monopole electrocoagulation can shorten the operation time of cranial repair to a certain extent.Bipolar electrocoagulation can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of postoperative subcutaneous effusion to a certain extent.
