安老汤治疗更年期月经紊乱的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨安老汤治疗更年期月经紊乱的临床疗效。方法:2019年11月-2020年11月收治更年期月经紊乱患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组给予六味地黄丸治疗;观察组在六味地黄丸基础上服用安老汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后黄体酮生成激素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均低于对照组,雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项症状积分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安老汤治疗更年期月经紊乱的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Anlao Decoction on menopausal menstrual disorder.Methods:From November 2019 to November 2020,200 patients with menopausal menstrual disorders were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pill.The observation group was treated with Anlao Decoction on the basis of Liuwei Dihuang pill.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of progesterone producing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol(E_(2))was higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Anlao Decoction on menopausal menstrual disorder is significant.
