针刀闭合术治疗冈上肌腱Ⅰ度损伤为主的肩周炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用针刀闭合术治疗冈上肌腱Ⅰ度损伤为主肩周炎的疗效。方法:2019年1-7月收治冈上肌腱Ⅰ度损伤肩周炎患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。A组采用针刀闭合术联合肩关节注射玻璃酸钠治疗;B组采用肩关节注射玻璃酸钠治疗。比较两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)及疗效。结果:两组术后2周及12周VAS评分均较术前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组术后2周及12周VAS评分均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12周,A组治愈率及总有效率均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用针刀闭合术松解软组织联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗冈上肌腱Ⅰ度损伤为主的肩周炎的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the effect of needle-knife closure in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with primaryⅠsupraspinatus tendon injury.Methods:From January to July 2019,60 patients with primaryⅠsupraspinatus tendon injury of scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The group A was treated with needle-knife closure combined with shoulder joint injection of sodium hyaluronate.The group B was treated with shoulder joint injection of sodium hyaluronate.The visual analogue scale(VAS)and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the two groups at 2 and 12 weeks after operation were significantly lower than those before the operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the group A were lower than those of the group B at 2 and 12 weeks after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks,the cure rate and total effective rate of the group A were higher than those of the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of needle-knife closure technique to loosen soft tissues combined with sodium hyaluronate injection is effective in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with primaryⅠsupraspinatus tendon injury.
