摘　　要：目的:评价心理护理干预对高血压性心脏病患者的应用效果。方法:2019年1月-2019年12月收治高血压性心脏病患者30例,按护理方式不同分为两组,各15例。对照组接受一般护理;观察组采用心理护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后收缩压及舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑及抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压性心脏病患者运用心理护理干预的效果确切,适合临床应用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,30 patients with hypertensive heart disease were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different nursing methods with 15 cases in each group.The control group received general nursing.The observation group received psychological nursing intervention.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels after nursing in the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The post-nursing anxiety and depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with hypertensive heart disease is definite and suitable for clinical application.
