摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维支气管镜操作在危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护理体会。方法:2020年1-4月收治危重型新型冠状病毒患者5例,统计护理操作及预后。结果:共进行纤支镜操作64次,实施安全管理,临床效果良好,4例患者治愈出院,1例患者死亡,并实现医护人员零感染。结论:经过充分的操作前准备、严格的院感防控、良好的医护操作配合、优化纤支镜清洗消毒流程等管理策略,证实纤支镜操作在危重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中是安全可行的。Objective:To explore the nursing experience of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in critically ill patients with New Coronavirus pneumonia.Methods:From January to April in 2020,5 critically ill patients with New Coronavirus pneumonia were selected.We evaluated the nursing operation and prognosis.Results:Fiberoptic bronchoscopy was performed 64 times,after the implementation of safety management,the clinical effect was good,four patients were cured and discharged,and one patient died,and we realized zero infection of medical staff.Conclusion:After sufficient pre operation preparation,strict prevention and control of nosocomial infection,good medical operation cooperation,optimization of fiber bronchoscope cleaning and disinfection process and other management strategies,fiberoptic bronchoscopy is safe and feasible in critically ill patients with New Coronavirus pneumonia.
